This project uses a Mitsubishi Electric City-Multi VRF system, designed to deliver efficient, zone-based heating and cooling throughout the building. Each ducted indoor unit operates independently, allowing different areas to maintain precise comfort levels while sharing a single, highly efficient system.

City-Multi systems are well suited for multi-unit residential and commercial applications, offering quiet operation, reduced energy consumption, and flexible control.

This stage shows the HVAC rough-in that supports the Mitsubishi Electric City-Multi VRF system used in the building. The ductwork is laid out early to align precisely with the ducted indoor units, ensuring balanced airflow, quiet operation, and efficient performance once the system is fully commissioned. Proper rough-in planning is key to getting the most out of a high-efficiency VRF system.

Mitsubishi Electric City-Multi VRF system was selected to provide reliable, high-performance heating and cooling across multiple zones. By using individual ducted air handlers connected to a single system, the design delivers consistent comfort while allowing each space to be controlled independently.

The result is a quiet, energy-efficient solution that adapts to real-world usage—keeping occupants comfortable year-round while reducing overall energy demand.
